The spiral extrusion dung solid-liquid separator that gets solid and liquid organicfertilizer from the liquid in organism (such aswood,grass,dust and animal wastes, etc.) by spiral extrusion and solid dissociation.
The dissociated solid has low moisture content,easy to be transported to field or distant regions short of fertilizer. It can be used as organic complex fertilizer to improvesoil environment, excellentfertilizer for planting and good feed for breedingchicken, duck and fish. The dissociated liquid can be introduced into methane tank to be converted to fuel energy through anaerobic treatment.The problem of short service life methane tank caused by solid residueclogging can be resolved.
Process description: the material is delivered into main engine by delivery pump, the dry matter is squeezed out from the front after spiral extrusion, and the liquid outflows from the outlet pipe underneath.
